Fields of expertise: Marianne DECKER is specialised in all areas of intellectual property law and commercial practices including unfair competition law and consumer protection on both contentious and non-contentious levels. She also advises her clients on advertising, data protection and e-commerce issues. Moreover, Marianne regularly helps her clients in drafting and negotiating contracts relating to IP.

Additionally, Marianne handles general commercial law cases.
